Unofficial translation of the errata available in French here.
The modifications on models cards are all at the end. I skipped the modifications on models that haven't been released yet, I assume their cards will reflect those changes when they come out.

p1 - include the following boxed text before "Down to basics"
Golden rulse
If an special effect conflicts with a rule, the effect prevails.
Whenever two effects conflict in terms of timing, and if the conflict cannot be resolved by considering the effects are simultaneous or by using the Tap, the effect from the attacker always happens before the one of the defender, potentially canceling the latter.



p2 - contact paragraph (already translated in this post)
A model is considered to be in contact with another if their two bases are in contact. If a model has enough movement to come in contact with an enemy model, and if the miniatures sculptures prevent a base contact even when reorienting them, then in this case only the contact between parts of the miniatures is considered equivalent to a base contact.

p2 - replace the whole "For those who like to meddle in the affairs of minis" boxed text with: (already translated in this post)
Didn't you grow a little?
We have the same passion for miniatures as you have, so naturally we can't but support your desire to modify your miniatures to your tastes. Such modifications may however lead to some technical difficulties when you use your converted miniatures to play. Here are a few rules for converted miniatures:
  - in friendly games, if you don't manage to agree, change friends;
  - in competitive games (league, tournaments,...):
      - any modification that's purely aesthetic is authorized,
      - any modification that changes the rule for that model (higher elevation, reach increase,...) is illegal by default. Dura lex sed lex...
We urge you to get extra, unmodified miniatures if you plan on playing with converted minis in such a setting. However, we also urge the referees to be open minded when it comes to handling those situations. If a converted miniature doesn't pose a problem to the opponents of the player who wants to field it, then there's no reason to not accept the miniature.
In any case, if a converted miniature is accepted by the referees and his opponents, the player is implicitly considered to accept the rules modified by the conversion such that they favor him the least. Here's an example:
Thomas chose to create a custom base for his Valombre model that elevates the miniature by 1". When determining a cover bonus, the entire modified miniature is considered (Valombre + the rock). When determining LoS for Valombre, the model's head is considered to be located where the unmodified model's head would be, in this case 1" below its current location.
The opponent of Valombre may choose to not benefit from that rule, but if the referees are asked about it, that is how they must enforce it.


p3 - Unit ranks
Replace "Each unit has one of the following ranks: Officer, Independant, or Trooper"
with "A unit is either a Lemure, or defined by one of the following ranks: Officer, Independant, or Trooper".


p4 - Combat
Replace "A unit with no Combat stat cannot fight, even if it receives a CBT bonus later on. All attacks against it will remain unanswered"
with "A unit with no Combat stat (CBT - ) cannot fight, even if it receives a CBT bonus later on. All attacks against it will remain unanswered. When in contact with an enemy model, such a unit is always considered to suffer from a non-reciprocal contact, and its opponent is considered to benefit from the non-reciprocal contact (cf p 32)".


p11 - Charge
When a model participate in one or more attack sequences during its Charge action, it takes a -1 CBT penalty. The attack sequences performed after the end of the activation of this model are not affected by the CBT penalty.

p24 - Add the following boxed text before Command and Orders
Explosions and blasts in a melee combat
When an explosion or a blast template touches a model in contact with at least one enemy model not under the template, the active player rolls a d6. On an even roll, only the model under the template is affected by the explosion/blast. On an odd roll, one randomly chosen enemy models not under the template and in contact with the model under the template is also affected by the explosion/blast.
In the case of an impact blast weapon, the effects of the blast are first applied to the original miniature under the template, to its opponent not under the template, and then to the potential other models affected by the blast.


p26 - Special effects and timing boxed text
Replace "If a special ability or any other spell, order or aura
contradicts one of the basic rules, then the special ability is the one to prevail"
with "First and foremost, lets recap the two golden rules:
-If an special effect conflicts with a rule, the effect prevails.
-Whenever two effects conflict in terms of timing, and if the conflict cannot be resolved by considering the effects are simultaneous or by using the Tap, the effect from the attacker always happens before the one of the defender, potentially canceling the latter."


p33 - Special abilities
Add the two following boxed texts
Bonus/penalties, how to stack them
All characteristics of Hell Dorado models may potentially be reduced to 0, except for Defense which can only be reduced to 1 (which means an automatic success on every combat dice rolled against this model).
Whatever the penalties, a characteristic may never be lower than its minimum value (0, or 1 for Defense). If Bonuses are applied, they are added to this minimum value and not to some negative value. As soon as a characteristic is modified by a new Bonus and/or Penalty, one must recalculate the total Penalty value, apply it (without going below the minimum value), and apply all the Bonuses.
Unless otherwise mentioned, similar Bonus/Penalties do stack.
Unless otherwise mentioned, the Defense characteristic is always limited to a maximum value of 5.
Direct modifications of characteristics
If an effect directly changes the value of a characteristic (i.e. without adding a Bonus or subtracting a Penalty), this modification is done after all Bonuses/Penalties are applied.
If two different modifications target the same characteristic, the modification from the active model always prevails over the one from the inactive model.
Example 1: an Hashishin affected by the Stunned and Fanatic states is Assaulted by the Voyageuse. The Hashishin Defense was 5 (5 base, -1 stunned, +1 fanatic). The Order Judgement of God of the Voyageuse directly gives the Hashishin a Defense value of 4 regardless of any existing Bonus/Penalty.
Example 2: Tarik Assaults a Succubus who just activated her Shield of Lust (DEF 6 against male models). Tarik uses his Critical Strike Order (gives an enemy model in contact a DEF 3). Since Tarik is the active model, the modification from his Order prevails over the modification from the Succubus Order, the Succubus has a DEF 3 until the end of the turn.


p35 - Charisma X
A model with Charisma does not benefit from its own Bonus.

p37 - Invulnerable
The Protection of an Invulnerable model protects it normally against wound points it is supposed to take.

p39 - Vulnerability (keyword) X
This capacity only applies if the model's current PR is higher than the Vulnerability value.

p40 - Recruiting mercs
The Command points of an Independent model affiliated to a specific faction may only be used to recruit troopers from its faction or mercenary troopers (unless the model has the Prestige Ability).

Baptiste Valombre - Special ammunitions
The modifiers given by this order are cumulative, but each one of them may only be used once per action.

Grain of Sand - Aneurism aura
Grain of Sand is not affected by its own aura.

Golem - Vengeance
Precisions
If several Golem are under the influence of Vengeance:
  -if they are all controlled by the same player, the latter activates them all before any other model at the beginning of each Action phase, and chooses the order in which they activate.
  -if they are controlled by different player, the player who got the Domination for the current Action phases chooses who must activate all their Golems under Vengeance first. Once the Golems of both players have been activated, the Action phases resumes normally

Looking at the PDF download of errata'd cards, there's quite a few there; the Saracen Emir and the Prince (and his Eagle), the Golem (although you've included that here), and some others. Are these errata already translated into English? I can figure out most of them, but a proper translation would help.

The translation for wave 2 already included the errata, and there's nothing in wave 3 that can be errated. I'll go ahead and include the errata for wave 1.
