Basically, you replace the lemure with the 6" template, and after 2 turns, you remove it.
Opaque indicates that nobody can see trough it (no coberture, only blocks line of sight), radiand indicates that the element radiates an special effect.
Anybody touching the template for any reason (being near the lemure when it sacrifices itself to make the spell work, or entering it after the template is placed) suffers consume (poison 1/5). Poison means that the damage type is poison, so anyone inmune to it (valombre) will suffer the effect, but no damage from it.
The 1/5 indicates that anyone who gets the effect suffers 1 damage point at each manteinance phase for the next 5 turns, and cannot purge the poison from himself (because it is durable, if its not you can purge it making a focalization action). It is completely different from aoes.
There are another things about consume and elements which radiate it:
If you are suffering a consume, an then you are affected by another, you choose the highest numbers. For example, a fighter enters a nauseus cloud (gets 1/5), and starts suffering damage from it. 2 turns after,(and if he left the cloud) he will have suffered 2 damage points, and his current consume state is 1/3. If he reenters another or the same nauseus cloud, the new consume is the mix of both, buth taking the highest numbers in the duration and damage so you take the highest numbers and get again consume 1/5 (if you had 1/3 and you get a new 4/1 consume, the result would be 4/3).
If you enter in the cloud and you stay there, you will suffer 1 point (in the case of the nuage) each manteinance (until the cloud dissapears), and when you leave it (or the cloud dissapears), you get consume 1/5. When you abandon the template, the 2nd number will start going down each manteinance phase. In other words, if you not leave the poisoned zone, it´s like you had always consume 1/5, without the 2nd number going down.
Hope this helps!
