I have tryed to contact Asmodee by e-mail twice. Either im using the wrong email address or they are ignoring me. Its concerning the mispack of 2 of my starter sets. I purchased them both online via an online store both sealed. There are 2 missing bits an Arquebusier arm and a saracen warrior sword. I realy need replacement pieces and would like to paint my figures! I'm Frédéric Frugier who receive the custumer servcice e-mails about Hell Dorado, I don't have any trace of your e-mails but there is no problem about replacing parts. So please retry to send me an email (f.frugier@asmodee.com) or send me a MP. Just recieved my first batch of minis thanks to Fantisation in the USA (great service), but had a similar problem to Mr Pug, in that one of the figures was miscast. I have sent and e-mail and MP to Frédéric Frugier, but as yet have recieved reply to either.
