A question of Lemures

Hi all!

Instead of lurking any longer I thought I'd sign up and ask a question... Besides, I knew it would keep me awake at night if I didn't... 

Am I right in thinking that a Lemure that releases its spell effect is removed from the table, unless the spell specifies that the effect continues as long as the Lemure survives? For example with Layla's spells:

Rancour
As long as the Lemure is in play, allies within 3'' gain Arch-Enemy (any opponent)/2

The spell effect is permanently in effect as soon as the Lemure is summoned until it dies?

Stone shoes
Affects a single fighter in contact with the Lemure. He suffers a -1 DEF penalty until his
next activation. He cannot move during his next activation. Until his next activation, no
effect can make him move.

The Lemure releases the spell effect and is immediately removed from the table?

Life breath
As long as the Lemure is in play, all fighters within 3'' gain Regeneration/2

The spell effect is permanently in effect as soon as the Lemure is summoned until it dies?


Does that sound about right?
