Picking up heavy objects

Is picking up objects a concentration or a focolisation? If it is a concentration then its very hard to complete most of the scenerios

It's a concentration action, so you can walk before or after doing it. If it were a focus action it would really be tough on certain scenarios as a whole turn would be lost picking them up.

Nah, thats focusing.

I remember it by the fact you can concentrate on something while still watching TV but if you`re focused on something then nothing else can be done.
