Hey there!

One of our first games and we already had problems about the timing of various effects.

We had a doppelsoldner and the golem in Tsilla's "Nueè Gruillant" (the 3" radius deadly area) and as conflict effect we had the one that heals all the soldiers up to 2 PV and does 2 damage to all the indepents.
The mission was the one with the attacker and the defender with 80 AP out of the table.

So we had these effects in the "entretién" phase:

a) Reserves: a couple of independents had to enter the table.
b) Conflict effect: each independet takes 2 dmgs and every soldier remove 2 dmgs. (we rolled high on the frequency table  :P)
c) Golem's Regeneration (He had only 1 last PV!!)
d) Tsilla's zone effect

It's very important how these effects take place...

-If the golem regenerates before the damages from the zone and the conflict effect he survives (he goes back to 4 PV and then back to 1), otherwise he dies for one of this damage sources.

-Same thing with the doppelsoldner (he had 1 PV left). If the conflict effect heals him before the zone effects, he survives, otherwise the zone kills him.

-If the reserves come in play before the conflict zone effect, they are damaged, otherwise they simply ignore the effect.

Thanks a lot, I hope the game terms translations are correct  :)

From the rulebook :

3) Then any damage that should be infl icted is done,
followed by any healing. In both cases, this is done
simultaneously by both players.
4) Finally, each player resolves any other powers,
orders, auras and abilities that have an effect
during this phase. If this causes any problems,
the player who currently has Dominance
gets to choose the order of application of
the effects.

So all the damage effects would be applied (Tsilla, Conflict Zone) killing off the Golem and Doppelsolder.  Then the soldiers left would heal 2PV.  Albeit too late for the Doppelsoldner.  The Golem would then regenerate now if it was still alive.  After all of this, the unhurt independents enter play.
