Hi all,
For the fourth release wave, excepted in January, Asmodée will again release a totally new miniature, whose rules are actually not included in the core rulebook : Götz Von Berlichtingen. Yeah, same as the Voyageuse... :-[
His rules are in the french magazine RAVAGE, but as the whole mess is somewhat hardy to get in an english spoken country, he can give you a brief translation of this new independant character ^^.
So :
Götz Von Berlichtingen, Knight.

This is great news. I'm definitely going to buy a Götz-von-Berlichingen-mini. Merci pour l'information.
That sounds very cool... looking forward to how his prosthetics might be modelled.
but wave 4 has been delayed. some problems with casting quality ??? and it will be released in february. If any french speaker read this . could they elaborate on this . please?
The wave 4 is effectively delayed of one month. That means that the january wave will be released in february. The next waves will going on with two month between each. So basically, what was expected to be release in march will arrive in april and so on...
The Wave 4 (february) will be :
Westerner : Georg
Demon: Tsilla + 2 lemures + Grain de sable [Sand dust]
Sarracens: Layla+ 2 lemures
Losts: Vorenus + Le Grouillant [the Crawler]
Mercs: Götz + Alazais (+ 1lemure)
I just hope, I didn't made mistakes.
I've always been interested in picking up a couple of copies of Ravage, does anyone know a French online store that sells it?
I guess it would be good to know which issue this information is in too.

Thanks. I looked on starplayer before I asked and obviously failed to find it ::) Stupid fat fingers ;)

Prestige ( his officer faction).
But in a Don or Rossinante list, his Prestige is for mercenaries models or for mercenaries and westerners (in case of Don) / mercenaries, westerners and saracens (in case of Rossinante)?
In a Don or Rossinante list, Prestige applies for Mercenaries and mercenaries only, as defined by the note: "his officer faction"
You may argue that in this case it doesn't give you any bonus and you'll be right :P
Prestige is useful only when Götz is used in another faction...we'll have to deal with it. "C'est la vie"

Ok thx :)

But isn't that redundant? Say, he is in a Sarrasen list with obviously a Sarrasen Officer. He would then have Prestige: Sarrasen, but would already be in a list of that faction, correct? Or am I interpreting Prestige wrong?
I think you misunderstand the rules for the limitation of "warriors" (troupiers) allowed into a faction.
The maximum number of warriors from your faction (defined by the officer) you may enrole is the addition of all the CMD points of your officer and independants from this specified faction. Note the CMD points provided by a Mercenary independant can only be used to enrole Mercenary warriors.
This is where Prestige in terresting with Gotz. His capacity allows you to add his 1 CMD point into the calculation for the maximum numbers of warriors from the Faction of its officer, and not only a Mercenary warrior.
Check out the sneak peaks Gotz is on there!

I think I get it now. So an Officers command when you build your list gives you your maximum number of faction warriors/troops? I'm only able to go off of the English version of the Quickstart Rules right now, but the more info I can get on how the full game plays the more I love this game :D
Thanks
Not only the Officer but also any mini with a CMD stat.
You can view it as if all your Troopers needed to be marshalled by someone. This has no effect during the game and only affects the company building.
Each mini with a CMD stat may marshall a number of Troopers equal to its CMD stat. A mini with the Leader skill may marshall a number of Troopers equal to the double of its CMD stat.
Each mini may only marshall Troopers from its own Faction or mercenary ones. A mini with Prestige may also marshall the Troopers affected by the skill (in Götz' case, Troopers who belong to the same Faction as the Officer of the company).
Prestige has also another use for Officers. The Faction of the company is the Faction of its Officer. A company may only hire Independents from its own Faction or Mercenary ones. If the Officer has Prestige, the company may also hire the Independents
affected by the skill.

Great, but his steel hand seemed more "fiendish" on the artwork ^^.
Yeah, thats a great model and I also wish his prosthetic would have been more apparent. But even Asmodee's simplest models are on such a great level in this game. They keep impressing me
Same here, I was really looking forward to seeing how the prosthetic arm would be done, and you can't see a thing, he could be any old guy in armour. But apart from that, the fig is great, as are all the others...
