Has any date or inkling at all ever been given? My gaming group is interested after reading the rules and seeing the models, but none of us want to buy to much till they decide to officially release the game in english.
I believe "work in progress" is the official status.
The translators have worked on it for a while now, and that the core rules have already been out for a few weeks. That's all we know, and I don't want to make any wild assumptions... but I'm really hoping for an Indy release ;)

I'd hope that we see it before then but would rather have quality over just having it now.
If anything, translated cards for the released models would be great! Oh, and maybe some terrain rules. ;)

I doubt it it'll be before GenCon and I'd be shocked if it's GenCon. I seem to recall reading something about late 2008 at the earliest, but having the english rules done, could very weel be otherwise.
That said, I'm hoping GenCon since I will be there this year.
hell, just give us official translated card pdfs or even better card packs and ill start buying more models.
