What is with the English rules download? Some pages load, some pages flash, then go blank, some pages entirely refuse to load, and sometimes it freezes my computer. What's going on?
I would guess theres something wrong with your computer. Works fine for me on several different ones.
Might be a good idea to uninstall and then reinstall Adobe Acrobat. Make sure theres nothing wrong with the program.
Its a really common problem, usually its a simple as upgrading your PDF Reader (BTW Acrobat is a resources hog).
I personally prefer Foxit Reader, its light on PC resources and easily updated.

Explain to them its better value, runs using fewer Resources and installs 'lighter' too.
