tactical , spiritual , strategic. those are the 3 possible ways you can control an area n he table
spiritual is about ho have the higher value of faith
strategic and tactical . I think one is who have the most models and the other one who have more independent or comand points ... but no sure wich one is called what ...

The person with tactical control of an area is the player with the highest number of models in it. Any model straddling two areas is in the one where most of its base lies.
For mystical control you add up the total faith of the models in the area and for strategic control you add up the total command.
