I'm a little confused regarding just a couple of minor points regarding these two characters.
First of all, assuming Ben Moshe is killed, Golem goes into frenzy, blah blah blah. Does the faction whom originally controlled him need to defeat his Golem in order to win the game if you're not playing with scenarios, or do they just need to clobber their original enemies and avoid him like the plague? :P
Also, regarding Charon, why does it possibly matter whether or not a guy doesn't count as being killed when he uses his Change of Circle ability? The guy's off the field, so isn't that enough to count as him being killed anyway? ::) Unless it's in regards to points at the end of the turn for who lost the most guys with purposes of Domination or even Command points.
I hope these questions aren't too silly. :P

Thats between you and your opponent really. Remember that "Kill-em-all" is a scenario. Personally, I`d say that nobody needs to kill it. I *think* (I don`t have cards to hand) that it becomes a neutral model.

Yep. You don`t count as killing him so it won`t count for next turns domination. Theres also some scenarios where things happen to dead models. Some models have special abilities based on things dieing too.
Ohhhh interesting. :) Thanks very much for the clarifications! I knew there had to be a reason behind that one little piece on Charon's card, but it's also good to know regarding the Golem, too. Cheers!

Actually there are quite a few instances where the "killed" status matters or not. Another one is the Efreet, which gets tougher each time a non-insignificant fighter is killed
