Il y a du nouveau. Hell Dorado compte bien s'exporter et des versions du jeu dans différentes langues devraient être lancées prochainement. Des décisions seront prises après les grands salons du jeu comme la Gencon Us et Essen.

Asmodee annonced they would like to export Hell Dorado abroad. Official translations of the rulebook should be available soon. Final decisions will be taken after the GenCon US and Essen.

I got my rulebook yesterday, the fluff is definitely worth it, in fact just the two stories next to the description of the Pride Demon and Greater Pride Demon is worth buying it.

nope. not printed yet. and I totally agree the fluff text is outstanding (for those who understand French).

Yes sorry didn't mean to imply I got the rulebook in english, it was just a comment that the fluff in that rulebook is worth buying, even if the rules are publically available in english through the fan translation. it seems though that the translation work itself on the rulebook is done, they are deciding on format etc so hopefully it shouldn't be too long before the english version of the rulebook is available.

So who is are the right people to talk to at Gencon about encouraging Asmodee to release an English edition? I'll be there next week and would like to make sure and bend the right ears. ;)

Well GenCON is gone .. Essen is on October... so it is a long way still .. but it doesn't hurt askning ...

I'm a newbye and wanting some info, for now I read the english startup rules. Maybe I can start just buying my faction and enjoy painting it! ;) but I'm very anxsious...aaargh!
