just got an westerners box set, so i'll have to sit by the post box for now waiting.
seller Ludocortex on ebay.fr has them. Ordering through his webbie you get free p&p (well at least for UK) for >100euros orders. Paypal welcomed Doesn't have reinforcements (yet?) though. Delivery to UK took 2 days for me ( I leave near heathrow). recommended to all UK folks. boxed sets come at £25 sharp after conversion.

Nothing on ebay.co.uk, but plenty on ebay.fr.
Log in with your usual details and set it to watch a few items. Then log in to ebay.co.uk. A lot of the info (postage, timings, etc) will now be in English.
Agreeing with Fennec, I found Ludocortex to be cheapest overall. I placed my order on Sunday and have already had several e-mails letting me know the status of the order. Seem nice enough.
Ludocortex has the whole range now (rules, starters + wave 1)

Again, http://www.ludocortex.fr/boutique/liste_produits.cfm?type=90&code_lg=lg_fr&num=9 does free p&p above 100euros, to bypass that old ebay trick, standard postage fee. The site takes paypal as well
Also, ebay search parameters on ebay.com are often by default your country of origin or a radius of 200km from your registered address, taking the time to untick a few boxes should extend the search to e-bay.fr listings
