any order (could be a missing card or part, a wrong base, a cast default...) Send an e-mail to Asmodee at vpc@asmodee.com Clearly tell us the nature of the default. Provide your details (Full name and postal address) Tell us the name of the shop you bought your item. It help Asmodee to track the "production lots" and to call them back if necessary. Note the Asmodee responsible is fluent in English. If you respect these basics rules it will help Asmodee to help you quicker and better. Thanks |
