Hashishin order question.

   are those 10 inches  a free movement. 
meaning that I could move him again  up to another 10 if he run  or charge ?

you're right.

apparently you could also use it to split your normal movement to maximize the crossing of difficult or impassable terrain. For example move 4 inches, trigger the order, move the remaining 6.
