Contacting Asmodee

Hi

I have tryed to contact Asmodee by e-mail twice. Either im using the wrong email address or they are ignoring me.

Its concerning the mispack of 2 of my starter sets. I purchased them both online via an online store both sealed. There are 2 missing bits an Arquebusier arm and a saracen warrior sword. I realy need replacement pieces and would like to paint my figures!

How do I sort this out ?

Personally, I would`ve thought the first place to turn to would be where you got them from.

It would be preferable to not use mails in a public forum (because of mail collecting bots), type the adress with _at_ in place of @.

You've got a form on the site: at the bottom of the page, click "contact".

In case you don't get a single word of French, the left fields are:

Name
e-mail address
Message title

and of course the body in the right field.

I'm Frédéric Frugier who receive the custumer servcice e-mails about Hell Dorado, I don't have any trace of your e-mails but there is no problem about replacing parts. So please retry to send me an email (f.frugier@asmodee.com) or send me a MP. Please don't forget to join your adress and details about the missing parts (the more precise you are about the part, the quickest they are send).

Hiya people!!

Just recieved my first batch of minis thanks to Fantisation in the USA (great service), but had a similar problem to Mr Pug, in that one of the figures was miscast.

I have sent and e-mail and MP to Frédéric Frugier, but as yet have recieved reply to either.

Well, I recieved the replacement part in the mail yesterday. Excellent!!!

Merci beaucoup Mr Frugier........ now to get busy assembling and painting....... oh, and waiting for the full English Rulebook
