Alchemist clarification

Am I reading it correct in the translation thread for the lancer and alchemist, that the alchemists poison ignores the opponents PR, or does the PR still give protection?  I couldn't figure out whether the line, "Their PR isn't taken into account" means that you still need to account for it after the poison takes effect or that it ignores it altogether

i read my french rules book ( i'm french it 's more easy ). It say: "Their PR isn't taken into account" in the french book.

The model lose 3 point of life without the PR.

to make short : The alchemist aura, like all "consumed" effects, ignore the PR, and inflict always full damages whatever the target's PR

awesome, thank you guys.  Looks like I need another alchemist    His fire grenade and his poison cloud did a decent job on my friends Lost Ones last night.
