Problem with Sarrasins starter

We ordered several starters time ago, and i started delivering them to the people.

When i gave one sarrasins starter to my friend, we assembled its minis to play some games, and we realised there were 3 combatants sanctifies and 2 hashiashins, instead of 4 combattants and 1 hashiashin.

How can i solve this problem? Who i have to contact with?
