1. if a model is activated and assault ,charge an enemy they need to touch the bases to be able to fight? or is enough that the Control Zones of the models overlap each other ?
2. once the model are engaged a combat take place. So if ,say, model A assault model B they fight even if model B hasn't been activated yet .
3. Say that A and B survive the combat .... ?
Can model B once he is activated fight again againts model A ?
4. can another model charge or assault and fight one of the already activated models A or B?
5. when they say, models with two weapons need to declare the one they want to use to do the damage ....
the Bretteur have a pistol and a Sword can he use the pistol in a melee combat .or only use it for shooting ....
1. To be able to combat with each other, they have to be in base-to-base contact or contact each other with any part of the model. If you are in the control area of somedoby, well, you are in a control area, but just that.
2. Yep, that´s right.
3. Yes.
4. Yes.
5. One thing is a melee weapon, other thing is a ranged weapon. Melee weapons in melee, rangerd weapons for shooting. You cannot use a ranged weapon in melee. In fact, models equiped with more than one melee weapon have only 1 power table for melee damage, representing all the damage the model can cause with his weapons.
The bretteur can shoot a fighter if he is charged by him, before the combat takes place, but that´s an special rule (tir defensif).
