Can anyone confirm these translations for Alvaro's order and Aura. Also Alvaro's weapon Gonfalon, is this the name of the weapon or does it mean Standard?

yep i think its troopers too. it would be all powerful being able to effect everyone.
Remember that it`ll affect friendlies too. You`ll have to leave him open to attack or it`ll scupper you too.

not necessarily, just activate him after your own troopers or place him to bluff your opponent to play his earlier than he'd like.
