stunned and isha

isha got stunned by pavlova, but can he still use his shed skin as its passive? even though he cant give or receive orders?

The unit is Stunned and has problems focusing on its surroundings. It is therefore an easy target on the battlefield.
It cannot give or receive any orders. It cannot perform a ranged attack. A Stunned unit has no control area.
A Stunned unit must be activated x times before this state disappears. The state disappears at the end of the activation.

The answer is NO, Isha can't use the Shed skin when stunned.

yea got that,BUT what made me think i could was "orders without triggers" "is not considered giving an order or receiving an order"

Shed skin does have a trigger though.  You have to pay the 2 perm command as a passive order.  The section on page 27 is referring to "orders" like Samaels Ultimate Sacrifice.  This is activated when he dies, so is not triggered by an action done by Samael. 

Essentially, the orders stopped by stunned are the Active, Passive, and Free ones.  Any order without any of those three triggers can`t be stopped by being stunned.
