Saracen base problems

Got my four faction boxes today. When looking through the saracen box I noticed 2 large bases. Who goes on these? is it the djinn and Nazir or both pillars of faith. I'm just not sure and don't want to do it wrong. Any help guys?

According to the rulebook the Djinn and the Panther are both listed as large so they should be on the large bases.
