English translation of the setup rules

If you mean setup as the terraformation phase, i dont know there is translated rule yet.
If you mean setup as how to deploy characters, there are usually deployed in a 5"-wide border from you side of the table.

As Geof said here, they were working on it to have it for Spiel '07 in Essen... which just took place this week end. Hopefully we'll get some updates in the coming weeks or even days
